1.1. We offer flexible shipping options, including standard shipping, international shipping, and self-pickup at Bhands Warehouse. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process.

1.2. Delivery times are as follows:

• Within Malaysia: Orders will be delivered within 3–5 working days.

• Outside Malaysia: Orders will be delivered within 30 days.

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination, shipping method selected, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight, parcel dimensions, and shipping area. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

2.2. Free self-pickup is available at Bhands Warehouse. For international orders, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

3.1. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.

3.2. Orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipment Tracking

4.1. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.

4.2. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the courier’s website after shipment.

Address Accuracy

5.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details, including recipient name, address, and contact information. Delays or additional charges due to incorrect details are not our responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

6.1. For lost shipments, contact our support team to initiate an investigation with the courier.

6.2. For damaged shipments, notify us immediately and provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will assist in arranging a replacement or refund.
